- Provided
photocopies of recent phone bills for both the
company itself and an officer's residence
- Provided a
photocopy of a top company officer's driver license
that matched the name and residence as completed in
notarized forms. (Social Security numbers are not
required. If a SSN is sent in error, we will not

provided by sites displaying the SiteHonesty.com seal of
approval has been signed by company officials and
certified as authentic by a notary public.
This is done in order
